A General Practice Registrar is a fully qualified doctor who is specialising in General Practice.
General Practice Registrars have their full medical qualifications and have previous experience in hospital medicine. They work closely with, and are supervised by, senior doctors.
Dr Quigley encourages her patients to see these doctors.

A medical student is a person who is studying to be a doctor.
Medical Students from the University of Wollongong Graduate School of Medicine have clinical placements at Ochre Medical Centre Wollongong.
Medical students may ask to see you before you see Dr Quigley, or may sit in with Dr Quigley as a part of their training. If there is a medical student with Dr Quigley, you will be asked your permission at the time of making your appointment and when you arrive at the practice.
You are welcome to ask that the medical student not be present for your consultation.
