REFERRALS
Dr Quigley requests that patients make an appointment to obtain a referral.
These consultations are important in order to ensure the most appropriate treatment for you.
Please note that there is no Medicare rebate for specialist appointments without a referral from your GP.
It is illegal to backdate referrals.
Dr Quigley is able to provide routine re-referrals via HotDoc repeats for her existing patients.

- This service is only available for existing patients of Dr Quigley.
- This service is only available for routine re-referrals, meaning Dr Quigley must have referred you to the same person/service previously.
- Requests for routine re-referrals may take up to five business days to be processed.
- Mental Health Care Plans +/- Reviews, Eating Disorder Management Plans +/- reviews, or new referrals will not provided.
- Each referral request is assessed by Dr Quigley who will approve or decline the request on clinical grounds. If the request is declined, you will be advised to make an appointment.
- A fee is charged for each request. All applicable fees will be specified when completing the request. If your request is declined, you will receive an automatic refund within several business days.
- You must specify the mode of delivery. Referrals will not be posted.
