Dr Quigley requests that if you cannot attend an appointment you provide four (4) hours notice where possible.

If you do not provide adequate notice, you will be charged a $50 Did Not Attend/Late Cancellation Fee.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
